Fixed price or dedicated team: which is better?
Fixed price suits a defined scope, such as an MVP or a portal rebuild. A dedicated team suits a product you will keep extending. Many clients start fixed price for version one and move to a dedicated team after launch. Agencies that want to offer either model to their own clients can become a partner.
Do you work in our time zone?
Our team is in India and works with clients in 45+ countries. For US clients the standard overlap is 4 to 6 hours of the US working day, and the overlap for UK and European clients covers most of the working day.
Who owns the code you write?
You do, from the first commit. IP assignment is written into the master service agreement, and code, infrastructure configuration and documentation are handed over in full.
Can you take over a project another team started?
Yes, after a technical audit. We document the state of the code and the risks, then stabilise it before adding features. For a large or tangled codebase, AI code optimization speeds up that review.
