You pay India rates, and the engineering holds up when a large customer's security team or an investor's due diligence looks at it.
- Engineering managers run delivery. Your weekly contact can read a stack trace, and they'll talk you through a trade-off without the jargon.
- Everything we write is yours from the first day. That includes source code, infrastructure config, billing integration code and the identity provider setup.
- We work in your tools. Code lives in your GitHub or GitLab, goes through your reviewers and runs on your CI.
- Handover is planned from the start. When we hand the product over you get runbooks and recorded walkthroughs, and for 30 days afterwards you can still ask us anything.
