Empowered Achiever: an app that measures whether training changes behaviour
ScalaCode built Empowered Achiever, an iOS and Android app that measures whether training changes how people behave afterwards. People work through questionnaires and diagnostics, set actions, record reflections and download a report, whether the learning happens at work, in education or in their personal lives.
Empowered Achiever
Empowered Achiever helps organisations find out whether their training is paying off. It wanted to measure the impact and value of learning interventions, see how much of the learning carries over into everyday work, and spot what helps or blocks a change in behaviour.
Why the impact of training was hard to measure
No validated platform
There was no validated platform for checking how well a learning initiative was working.
No way to track behaviour
Nothing measured whether people kept up a new behaviour or stuck to a procedure over time.
A diagnostic and reflection app for iOS and Android
We built native apps in Swift and Kotlin, with a Python backend and storage on AWS and Amazon S3.

Personal assessments show where each person stands, so the learning approach can be adjusted to suit them.

Built-in questionnaires produce an analytical report that a person can download or have sent to their email.

Training impact that people can track from their phone
Learners use the app to assess themselves, plan what they'll do next and reflect on what changed, online or offline. Each completed questionnaire ends in a report they can keep.
