ScalaCode’s story begins with its CEO and Founder, Mahabir Prasad. His career in technology ignited a passion for solving business challenges through innovative solutions. Armed with vast experience in project management, web development, network administration, and programming, led him to create a venture that addresses various tech-related needs for businesses.

In January 2012, Flowork International Inc. was the first client who required the development of an integrated web application for career counselors and job seekers. This successful project marked the beginning of a remarkable journey.
Since then, ScalaCode has only expanded. The company started in India but now operates in the US, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Sweden. To date, our portfolio has been rich with 1,400 projects for over 1,300 clients in more than 50 countries worldwide.
During this journey, we have made alliances with some of the best global brands like Domino’s, Hero, Sony, McCann, SnagPad, and more.
Under the leadership of Mahabir Prasad, ScalaCode started in 2012 with a vision to develop top-quality software solutions. For the team, it was not just about the lines of code they were writing, it was about creating something that would make a difference.
Our obsession with client success began to flower. We engaged in numerous diverse activities that helped us hone our abilities and establish credibility. While providing IT services, we also started contributing to social causes.
The demand for our services soared, and so did our team. We brought on board more talented individuals. From an initial team of 10, we have now 30 members who share our vision of pushing boundaries and exceeding expectations.
The world was calling, and the US market felt like the next big frontier. We knew we had to overcome the distance barrier, so embracing a remote work model became a game-changer. This allowed us to take on exciting projects with US clients, using the latest tech to craft innovative solutions and hit those deadlines every time.
This year, we reached a major milestone – the completion of our 100th project! We celebrated this achievement with full enthusiasm.
In the year 2017, we expanded our business within the UK market and were able to work on projects that helped us push our capabilities to the limit.
We honed our mobile app development skills, which later earned us recognition as a Top Mobile App Development Company by MobileAppDaily. Apart from this, this year also saw the beginning of our operations in Canada, thus expanding our global presence.
The year 2019 was one that registered tremendous growth. Our YOY growth reached 150%. It was the years when we had to lease a larger office in Stellar IT Park, Noida to provide both comfort and enough space for the constant team expansion. Now, we consist of 150+ highly skilled developers.
Despite the challenges of COVID-19, we, as a team persevered in our mission. The mission is to serve the world with innovative solutions. This year not only saw us secure the prestigious title of Top Web Development Company by iTRate but also the successful delivery of our 500th project- a true achievement for the entire ScalaCode family.
We have exploded in size, which means we have increased our team size allowing us to confidently serve IT needs across 50+ countries worldwide. Our reputation for talent has even attracted other companies who hire our team remotely to work on their projects.
