We build the software that runs modern plants: IoT and OEE monitoring, predictive maintenance, visual quality inspection, and ERP integrations that connect the factory floor to the back office.
We work with discrete and process manufacturers who want their machines to tell them something useful. Getting clean data off an older line is the hard part. It’s the first problem we solve, not something we leave until the end.
Tell us about your roadmap. We reply same day.
From a single line to a multi-plant rollout, here's the kind of work we take on.
We connect machines, PLCs, and sensors so the data actually leaves the floor and lands somewhere you can act on it.
Real-time availability, performance, and quality on one dashboard. Not a spreadsheet someone updates at shift end.
ML models that read sensor patterns and flag a failure before it stops the line, with alerts that reach the right technician.
Computer-vision models that catch defects on the line faster and more consistently than a tired eye at hour seven.
We connect the floor to SAP, NetSuite, and the systems you already run, so production data and orders stay in sync.
Plant and line dashboards built for operators and managers, with the metrics each role actually needs and not everything at once.
We map your lines, machines, data sources, and the systems you run, then propose scope and team shape.
You review and approve the engineers. They join your tools and standups.
We instrument one line or one use case first, so you see real data before you scale across the plant.
We roll out across lines and plants on your cadence with the same team that ran the pilot.
We don't build full MES or MOM execution suites. If that's what you need to run the whole plant, we'll be upfront about it and point you to someone who can help. Where we're strong is the data layer on top: IoT, OEE, predictive maintenance, quality-inspection AI, and ERP integrations around them.
And offshore development isn't right for every situation. If you need an engineer on the line during commissioning, the timezone gap will be a real constraint. For the build itself, the 4 to 5 hours of daily overlap we maintain is plenty.
The hard part of plant software isn’t the dashboard. It’s getting clean data off old machines. That’s the first thing we tackle, not an afterthought.
Most monitoring tools tell you what has already broken. We build the models that warn you before it does.
You shouldn’t have to rip out SAP or NetSuite to get better floor data. We integrate with what you already run.
Spotty connectivity, rugged hardware, shift changes. We design for the plant as it actually is, not a demo room.
Senior engineering at a fraction of US and Western European rates. That matters when capex is tight.
Audited quality management, with clear IP assignment and NDAs as standard.
A fixed squad that owns your plant software roadmap for months. Monthly per-engineer pricing.
Best for multi-line or multi-plant programs.
Engineers who slot into your existing team and report to your leads. Hourly or monthly.
Best for a specific skill gap.
We own a defined scope (a predictive-maintenance pilot, an OEE dashboard) from spec to ship.
Best for a bounded first project.
Instrument one line, prove the value, then scale once you trust the numbers.
Best for first-time partners.

I looked around at several developers to compare costs, but they didn’t fit within my budget. Finally, I reached out to a company in India called ScalaCode. We set up several online meetings over a couple of weeks and came up with an app that did exactly what I wanted within my budget. I can confidently say that ScalaCode has been an excellent choice for me.

CEO, 4SaleThe application was basically built from scratch, and was complicated, as the software was to be integrated with a certain Medical EHR software. As the CEO of SHG, I was very pleased with the services, expertise, and support we received from ScalaCode, from the beginning directly through the first LIVE implementation.

CEO / Founder (XR Company)No. We don’t build full manufacturing-execution or operations-management suites. We build the data and intelligence layer around them: IoT and OEE monitoring, predictive maintenance, quality-inspection AI, and ERP integration. If you need a full MES, we’ll tell you and point you toward a specialist.
Usually yes. We connect PLCs, sensors, and existing controllers through gateways and protocols like MQTT. Where a machine can’t talk directly, we add a hardware bridge to get clean data off it.
We train models on your sensor and failure history to spot the patterns that come before a breakdown, then send alerts to the right technician with enough lead time to actually do something. It runs alongside your current maintenance schedule, not instead of it.
Yes. We connect floor data with SAP, NetSuite, and other ERP systems so production, inventory, and orders stay in step without manual re-entry.
Yes. We build computer-vision models that inspect parts on the line for defects, trained on your own images, and flag or divert anything that fails.
Engineers are priced from $13 to $25 an hour by seniority, or $1,200 to $4,000 a month per engineer on a dedicated model. See the rate card for the full breakdown.
Usually within days. We agree on the scope, you approve the engineers, and they join your tools. The team comes from our existing vetted bench, so there’s no hiring delay.
You do. IP assignment is in the contract, NDAs are standard, and we set access controls to protect your production and machine data. We’re ISO 9001 certified.
