Team Building at its Best: ScalaCode Employees Enjoyed a Zero-Hours Session

Aristotle was right in saying, “Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work.”ScalaCode™ management is certainly providing this pleasure to their employees by organising Zero-Hours sessions every Friday. 

This is an innovative initiative to not only boost employee morale but also foster team bonding and camaraderie. 

Everything About The Last Zero-Hours Session

Friday was a day full of joy, with techies eagerly awaiting the Zero Hours. From 3:00- 4:30 PM, a variety of indoor activities kept the team engaged and very enthusiastic about the whole session. It was the perfect way to transform IT professionals” into happy and cheerful people.

Start With Antakshari

The session started with an Antakshari game in which teams were made, and it was no less than a competition. Every team tried to outdo the other in singing, and it was so much fun. 

Music was in full swing as some enjoyed Jazzy numbers and some classical beats. The enthusiasm of all the employees was hard to miss, while they made each attempt to snatch the top spot and win the competition. 

Followed by a Fun Quiz

This was a thoroughly enjoyable activity – a fun Quiz with interesting questions covering music, books, sports and other popular topics. All the teams took part in the quiz and gave their best shot to answer every question.

Top it Up With a Pizza Party

The Zero Hours came to an end, with all the employees partying over a delicious Pizza feast. This not only broke the ice between different teams but also made them bond over a shared experience. The employees of ScalaCode™ certainly had a great time and are now even more motivated to work.

A Day Ends With a Wave of Satisfaction & Happiness

The clock strikes 4:30, and the party winds down, but not without leaving behind a wave of satisfaction and happiness. The Zero-Hour session was a grand success. Everyone thanked the management for organising such a joyful event.
