JobSearchBoard, LLC (the company that owns SnagPad) wanted to build an integrated platform for job seekers and job coaches including agencies to collaborate on the job search process. The idea was to built a learning and managed job search platform that motivates individuals to look for work as well as help manage job leads throughout the process. JobSearchBoard, LLC knew that by bringing job leads to SnagPad, strategizing, and then applying, the likelihood of getting a job increases. Job seekers need to be organized and document their job search – especially those collecting unemployment. It’s nearly impossible for Job Coaches and staffs to provide effective and efficient coaching and guidance.
