Welcoming Our New Employees With Full Heart!

Having a strong and dedicated team is at the heart of every successful company, and ScalaCode is one of those companies. We do believe that a great team is the backbone of any business. 

Each and every member who joins us is special to us and we believe that it is our responsibility to celebrate their welcome to the company.

All the new team members like Kritika Parmar (QA Trainee) and Khushi Verma (Talent Executive Trainee) who have recently joined us were greeted warmly with a special gift package. 

This package included several useful items to help them along their journey with our company. They received a t-shirt, a notebook, a pen, a mug, a bag, a keychain, and a system to work on. These items are meant to provide a little extra comfort and support as they start their new roles with us.

Besides, there is an exercise where the new team members get introduced to the entire team, including those who work virtually. 

This exercise helps them become familiar with their colleagues and build connections, even with team members who may not be physically present in the same location. 

At our company, we have a tradition of welcoming new team members. As part of this tradition, there’s a small activity where the new members get introduced to everyone on the team, including those who work remotely. 

This activity is important because it makes everyone feel included and promotes a good team atmosphere. It helps new team members feel important and encourages them to work together with everyone else. Basically, this activity is really helpful in making sure everyone feels welcome and supported in the team.
