The holiday season began at ScalaCode with such brightness that we decided to celebrate Christmas with fun-fame games, jokes, and positive energy. At ScalaCode, the spirit of Christmas took over the office by decorating the place with Christmas trees, fairy lights, bells, and a very special Christmas feeling.
Played Antakshri Game
Although, the day started with a fun-filled round of Antakshari, the sing-off. Defying the odds of a Tuesday morning, colleagues were split into teams and sang a song with the random words given to each team.
Much of the rivalry was intense but the ribbing among participants was entertaining and good-natured. The colleagues of each team were applauded with great enthusiasm; humorous jokes and fragments from the beautiful familiar tunes sounded through the room. However, within the three teams (Operation, Marketing, and Sales), the Operation Team was able to sing the maximum correct songs for the words provided by the others.
Played the Dare Game
The next in the lineage was the dare game which invoked emotion of everybody on the gathering. Holding a pillow and passing them on the beat of tone, there was the pressure to finish the set dares and some priceless hilarious moments followed suit.
Be it dancing; making funny faces and movements; or talking on a chosen topic; each dare elicited fun, and laughter from colleagues while making or recording memorable moments.
Secret Santa
Moreover, the best part of the day was certainly the Secret Santa where people exchanged gifts. The fun fair was evident as each gift was opened and this was accompanied by good and nicely chosen presents and surprises.
From simple gadgets to fully loaded snack hampers, each gift was the epitome of how much our colleagues valued the effort of making a good gift for the other. This fun activity arose a storm of emotions ranging from surprise, happiness laughter, and gratitude in the room.

Altogether, at ScalaCode the best part was the Christmas tree that introduced the jolly and welcoming atmosphere and contributed to the creation of an atmosphere of unity among the company members. We also have taken some pictures together because it was such a great pleasure to be together.
For the entire day special Christmas food was also being served which just enhanced the spirit of the occasion. We even had freshly baked Cake, Pizza, and chocolates that gave the extra aesthetics to the celebration.
In addition to the games and gifts, the team celebration held at ScalaCode during Christmas was to promote unity among the team members. It was a chance for us to move away from day-to-day business, get to know the people we work with better, and share the holiday cheer together.
The celebration was a success because of the massive response from the colleagues. The endeavors of the organizers made people have wonderful experiences that is unforgettable to all participants.
Basically, it was a day with many smiles, giggles, and other good feelings that I think we will collect and look at in the garage for many more years.
